CANCELLATION, REFUND and TRANSFER POLICIES
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. A penalty may apply. Telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted.
- Cancellations received on or before May 1, 2018 will be refunded in full.
- A $100 penalty will be assessed on all cancellations e-mail dated between May 2 - September 30, 2018.
- No refunds will be issued after September 30, 2018.
- No refunds will be given for no-shows.
- Refunds may take eight weeks to process.
- Registration may be transferred to another person by email request to the IPSA prior to September 30, 2018.
