CANCELLATION, REFUND and TRANSFER POLICIES
All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. A penalty may apply. Telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted.
Cancellations received on or before March 16, 2019, will be refunded in full.
A $100 penalty will be assessed on all cancellations e-mail dated between March 17 - May 31, 2019.
No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2019.
No refunds will be given for no-shows.
Refunds may take eight weeks to process.
Registration may be transferred to another person by email request to the IPSA prior to August 31, 2019
